The bed has broken within a few months and it's not possible to contact the company by phone without at least a 20min wait and they haven't responded to my email for over two weeks.

Ben was helpful without being pushy.

The welcome I received from Asad was sincere and encouraged me to browse without any hard sell. Sam made myself and my daughter cups of tea which were very much appreciated.
I was offered a pillow to use whilst Sleep match found suitable mattresses for me to try and provided with plenty of time and no pressure to try them as many times as I felt necessary.
I purchased a tempur mattress, 2 pillows and a headboard.
The service was marvellous and I would recommend Dreams to anyone looking for beds or accessories.

We visited Dreams at Colchester to look for a new mattress and bed frame. Keanna was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She took us through the "Sleepmatch" survey for the mattress, and guided us around the store to try each recommended mattress. Keanna's expertise made an initially overwhelming task become very straightforward! Keanna kindly offered us a drink when we arrived and provided us with a suitable pillow to use whilst testing. We purchased both a mattress and a bed at Dreams and look forward to receiving them. Thoroughly recommend going to Dreams to find your perfect bed!

Louis guided us through the various options offering advice where appropriate. Did not rush the process and ensured we considered all options to ensure we had the very best bed for our needs.

Excellent customer service in choosing my product but a ridiculous 5 week wait for delivery so have had to postpone my house move. Apparently a new IT system not availability issue. Very disappointed

Buying the bed was easy when delivered the mattress was very uncomfortable being disabled I couldn’t sleep on it being told we could change it within 100 days we went back to store the manager then tells us we had to keep it for 30 days when we explained my disability he kept smiling an saying you still got to keep it he then accused my hubby of threatening him he only asked what does my wife do for 30 days with no bed an sleep in she is disabled an the 30 days is no where on any paperwork he gave us but grinning he said it’s on my screen I would never go back to dreams Gillingham ever again

We purchased three bed frames and mattresses from the Peterborough store on 25/08/2026 after staff strongly encouraged us to complete the purchase immediately, claiming an exclusive “in-store flash sale” meant we were getting a better price than online.

When we checked the website afterwards, we discovered the same products were £582.60 cheaper online. This was extremely disappointing, particularly given the assurances made by the sales team.

We called customer services who did not answer the phone but an automated message promised a return call that never came. When we contacted the Peterborough store, we were told that only customer services could look into a refund. An online enquiry option was difficult to find and also only gave an automated response. This is unresolved with no contact so now we will have to look at the ombudsman options.

Overall, we feel misled into making a rushed purchase based on inaccurate pricing information. We hope the company resolves this promptly, but the experience has seriously damaged our trust and confidence in the business.

We visited Dreams in Lakeside looking for a mattress. We were attended to Lak who was great. She wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss over different choices. She provided pillows for us to experience the mattresses. She introduced us to Sleep Match which guided us to the right mattress for our sleeping position - all over a free coffee. Excellent service. The store was tidy clean and welcoming. We visited other stores in that area where the sales team were quite aggressive, this was the reverse. We purchased a mattress and enjoyed the experience at the same time.

I left a review on August 2nd about a canceled delivery to be told it was changed to August 27th today actually. But true to Dreams no messages or emails to say I'm getting my delivery today and trying to get in touch with customer services yesterday was non existent. What the hell is going on with this company you should be totally ashamed of yourselves.
I have been looking at the reviews for the last couple of days and people are very angry.
If i don't get any information today then I will be contacting my local newspaper and tell them all about this atrocious service.

The store manager was fantastic from start to finish and the girl who did the order was very good too. Well Happy

I have bought from Dreams twice and on each occasion the staff were wonderful offering coffee and expert advise

My experience in the Finchley store was great as I was helped with no rush.

My delivery date was tomorrow, but on Tuesday evening I received an email saying that now my new delivery date is 17th of September. I have tried calling but that’s mission impossible! I have spent over £2,800 on a mattress that I need because of back problems and I don’t think is acceptable that my order is being postponed without a legit reason! I am very disappointed about this and now I wish I never ordered from Dreams.

I bought beds from the Westwood Cross , Thanet branch some years ago and the staff were amazing . I went back a few days ago wondering if things would be the same . New staff , but just as amazing ! I had pleasure of being helped by Kian . I am the most indecisive decisive person and Kian was fabulous . Patient , friendly , helpful and knowledgeable, helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted . I did go to surrounding local competitors who ranged from rude to useless so don't waste your time . The mattress assessing machine is great , and a mention should also go to Linda who was able to answer some queries on the phone . I've booked the assembly service as this is what I had last time which I highly recommend.

The lady that help was very helpful and she was really nice and took her time and explained everything about the beds mattress
