Went in looking for a particular bed which we found out was in the sale bonus! However, we were told that it was last one and at that time they weren't able to sell it to us due to a system issue. Lucy took out phone number and promised to call us when we could buy it which she held true to. We went in to purchase it and there was an even bigger discount on it WOW! Lucy at the Peterborough store was brilliant and would definitely recommend 10/10

We went into Dreams to look at mattresses. The young woman who came over to ask if we needed help was extremely helpful. So much so we ended up buying bed frame and mattress. There was no hard sell involved just friendly helpful customer service. Well done and thank you.

Lisa and Ben were excellent at the Reigate branch. Lisa was very patient with us and showed us all options available. Ben was incredibly helpful with our 2 children whilst Lisa was helping us.

I came to Dreams looking for a mattress. I was helped very well by an assistant who was very knowledgeable about the product. I settled for a mattress and was passed on to another assistant who dealt with the purchase that included an 8 year protective deal and a lovely pillow.
Essentially, both were a credit to Dreams and I will have no difficulty in recommending Dreams as a first stop to purchasing anything to do with beds.
I look forward to the mattress delivery on the 4th Sept.

It was quick, we got some money off and got free pillows thrown in by the helpful staff member (whose name I sadly forgot)

When we entered Dreams, we were unsure of what we needed and felt stuck for choice. One of the workers called Oliver from the Blackburn store was super helpful and really made us feel welcome and comfortable! He even made me a hot chocolate whilst we sorted which mattress was our favourite. Very friendly service and overjoyed with my mattress.

No pressure or hasstle from staff

Emily, Who dealt with us on our arrival allowed us time to peruse and when summonsed to provide guidance proved to be most knowledgeable about her products and responsive to our needs. We were given as much time as we wished both to use the test bed and to sample many different beds which was very helpful in making our decision. She showed great empathy to the customer and was most patient as we spent so much time testing beds and asking questions which were well answered. The experience was very positive and we were very happy with Emily and her very professional and empathetic manner.

Nidhi was very welcoming and friendly which made the purchase a quick and easy process.

The customer service representative was polite. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He also offered me water. I was happy with the service.

Zero customer service . Bed was allocated to order on date but without informing it was moved 4 weeks later. Had to chase to speak with customer service for few days . No communication. Worst service .
