Bought a Draper tool from Amazon, it had a fault. Draper were quick to send a replacement with an easy and helpful process. Thank you.

I got in touch with Draper because one of the heads of a twin head tele paving brushset had worn down very quickly. The product was out of warranty. Draper offered to replace the offending brush but as the replacement brushes were out of stock for four months they sent me a full brushset replacement.
I though that was incredibly good of Draper and I will certainly continue to buy their products in future.
Their customer service is exemplary.

Dealt with Gina (Rodbourne) who went above and beyond in her assistance with my enquiry and sourcing the parts I needed. A positive result and commendable attitude which reflects well on the company as well as herself.

Extremely helpful and kind- they replaced Shredder a fortnight before Warranty expired! - no quibble and at no cost to me - all carriage paid by them.
Despite the fact that the Shredder had a lot of heavy usage. It had been excellent when working and I would have been prepared to buy a replacement.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received. I bought a hose that was only just outside the 12-month warranty period, and when it broke, the company refused to replace it or offer any goodwill support. The hose had only actually been used for around four summer months last year before failing, so I expected it to last much longer than it did.
What was most frustrating was the complete lack of willingness to help or even acknowledge that the product had failed prematurely. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, they simply pointed to the warranty expiry and dismissed the issue. Poor quality product backed up by even poorer customer service. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Received email to say my enquiry would be looked at within 24hrs and I received further email within 24 hrs giving information I had requested so very happy

They were very quick and effient dealing with my issue for a replacement part.
I struggled to identify the part number and a supplier of it.
They gave me the part number and a photo to confirm it was the correct part and a list of suppliers.

My enquiry was handled very quickly. Once I supplied all the details of the fault with my particular piece of equipment a replacement was offered FOC posted back to my address. In my view his is first class customer service! Thank you.
