Downlights Direct Anmeldelser

On time, exactly as ordered. very pleased

Excellent products and service. They say and do what the web site says. Easy to use web site. Every thing delivered intact and delivered next working day. Job well done!

Very pleased with the service from Downlights Direct. I've ordered from them a number of times and the items have always been dispatched promptly and well packed. I would certainly recommend them.

Fitted the replacement in minutes arrived on time and had texts to confirm delivery time.
Good price and clear description on website . With another six lights to update will be a returning customer soon and will recommend.
Ovia Gu320 is similar design to previous units but looks much sleeker and with fire rating.
More importantly the missus likes it for the close match to old eye ball light it replaced.

First class. Excellent service.

The product was as described, and seems to be good quality. Delivery was prompt.

Ordered 7 downlights and dimmable LED bulbs. Arrived promptly, and were well packaged. The lights are excellent quality, and look and work great. Bulbs too work well; they are very bright (brighter than the old halogens they replaced) and dim without flickering (via an LED rated dimmer switch). Overall, very pleased. Would recommend the company without reservation.

Your service is good but your courier is bad - twice they have failed to deliver on time which I paid extra for & to the wrong address

The price was competitive, and the buying process worked fine. It's all you need for an internet purchase like this. Used them several times, and will do so next time.

I've placed a few orders for Haler LED downlights and other bits and pieces. Always great service and ultra fast delivery, also helpful on the phone with queries. Highly recommended

Would shop with this company anytime

The order process was foolproof, and the service delivery was great. Good product range and excellent customer service.

Great to deal with and very good comm channel when you need it. Very fast turnaround when products in stock and a stock list for the smart home that is hard to beat. :-)
Very happy.

I contacted them for advice and the man who answered really couldn't be bothered and spoke to me like I was an idiot or maybe it was because I was a woman .only ordreed on line with them because they did lights I wanted otherwise would have gone elsewhere

I bought some lights online, they turned out to be the wrongs size. Realising I lived nearby I visited their trade counter and these guys couldn't have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

Good product, and value for money, Excellent service, received order within 24 hours.

Little more to say than the title, which actually is a testament to the company and it's service. Simple, good price, quick - from first requirement to fitted and switched on in 24 hours. Many thanks.

Always an excellent company to deal with fast and efficient and keep you in touch with what is going on. 5 stars on all levels.

item came really quick and was as ordered

All round good service. Stocks better than others
