Followed up late delivery to find they had missed my order out of processing. I got a lame apology and no offer to expedite on an overnight courier which means not here for the weekend.

Great product range and price on offer, but most importantly great aftercare service. Quick to respond, and honour warranties without any quibbles. Would recommend and definitely use myself again.

Having looked at various websites for LED light strips (RGB & WW) I found downlights direct. They provided excellent support to scope out the various items - supplying all within a couple of weeks (delivery times were not unreasonable if not necessarily in a rush) and at a reasonable cost. When one strip was found to have a slight issue when in use for white lights, they provided advice but then ultimately offered to replace the section free of charge. I cannot fault the sales and after-sales service, hence the 5 stars.

Recently purchased a couple of down lights for installation above a shower. Unfortunately one of the spring clips on one of the down lights snapped prior to fitting, which meant it wouldn’t have seated correctly. I contacted customer services and a replacement down light was quickly provided to replace the faulty unit. Excellent customer service and despite the first unit having a slight fault I feel the products supplied to me were good value and good quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Have made numerous orders to downlightsdirect. All delivered very quickly when in stock or with the clearly advised delay if back-ordered. Once an item was a bit late and I was kept well informed.

Needed an under cabinet LED solution to work on a dimmer but wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for.

The Sales Team (Edward) was very helpful in advising the exact solution needed and listed what to order.

The kit all arrived and is installed and working perfectly. Items were all quality, with silent operation of the LED drivers (no buzzing) that dim the strips perfectly.

Ordered on thursday, left a comment in a note box that I needed the product by tuesday next week and got it within 24hrs on a standard delivery. Excellent prices, all items working. Nicely packed. Updates on delivery.

Very pleased with the selection available on this company's website, all competitively priced. The ordering process is straightforward and despatch was almost immediate, even though I had chosen the "standard delivery" option. Unfortunately there was a glitch in delivery, entirely due to a failing by the courier company DPD but the sales team at Downlights Direct were great in resolving this for me. I would certainly shop here again.

I purchased 4 items from Downlights Direct otherwise known as Expert Electrical Supplies. One Click dimmer switch which works but this was supplied without the fixing screws. Also ordered three Click Inceptor micro LED downlights. Two of the three boxed lights did not have the bezels included and so I could not fit them. Had to wait a total of 10 days for bezels to be supplied direct from the manufacturer. Was dealt with promptly by Downlights Direct but not good enough in my view. I note that Downlights Direct sell these bezels separately on their website.

Great experience with the team and they replaced a few LEDs that died in the first few weeks straight away. One of the best companies I've used in my house refurb :)

Not a lot more to say really. Just what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

From the beginning of me placing my order I had exceptional customer support and service, on my initial order I forgot to buy the bulbs to go with my light fittings. I contacted downlights direct and they immediately added these to my original order. This saved me reordering which would have made me incurring an additional charge for delivery and also a delay in me receiving my items. From ordering to receiving my order(including my order error) 3days ,thank you downlights direct

Ordered lights, selected AM next day, got put on a standard next day delivery. Phoned the next day to (once getting the confirmation of delivery) only to be told they can do nothing about it which is fair enough however they didn't even try to correct the problem at first without some persuasion. They eventually refunded the difference in delivery however after complaining about the lack of service, they refunded the whole delivery cost effectively making it a free delivery.

Excellent value, advice, ordering on website, prompt delivery and personal after sales service.
