All very helpful sorted everything out for me I didn’t need to do anything worth the money

I had a viewing with Joe who was very well presented and knew all the information that I required. Also all of the calls that I have made to the branch have been very helpful whilst on the search for my ideal property

William Johnston was superb in helping me find and buy a new property. Throughout the whole process Will was super helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. Was a great experience and will happily recommend to anyone.

I have been dealing with Talia - I must say that she has
Been more than helpful. She keeps in constant contact with me - unlike many Agents - I am sure she is an asset to your Company. Kathy Webb

Nishas service was amazing! Very professional, enthusiastic and very helpful, she made the purchase of our new home as smooth as possible. Thank you Nisha, keep up the hard work!

Cant fault any of the team that have helped me so far! Greg and Caroline have been outstanding with their caring helpful outlook!Nothing is too much bother for them, they are so friendly and couldnt be any more helpful! I know i chose the right team to help me move! Thanks all ! x

I was dreading this move but Steve was so helpful and kept me up to date regularly, I was surprised it was so easy. Thanks Steve.

This review relates to the East Ham branch. In my opinion and speaking for myself I have bought and sold many properties and used many estate agents over the years however this agent over promises and under delivers, the amount of calls I had to make and the amount of emails I had to write in order to chase up and push forward was unacceptable. I personally would never recommend or ever use this company again. I suggest you find an alternative agent in this area!

I bought a property through Sean a couple of months ago. Sean was a reliable and fair mediator throughout the Sale. I like how he matched the sellers aspirations with my particular situation. I’m grateful for the integrity he displayed even when he received counter offers post an agreed sale.

The Douglas Allen team were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of selling my home and buying a new property. They were very professional throughout and sought to resolve any issues immediately, despite the challenges presented.
They worked as a team and ensured someone was always available to respond to queries.
Many thanks to Chloe Brito, James Edge, Trejuan Simpson, Chelsey Baldwin and Joe Bradley. Your efforts are much appreciated.

Great service from Walthamstow. Alisha was brilliant and helpful. Thanks for everything

We sold our house with the Wooodford Green Branch of Douglas Allen and were extremely impressed with the service we received. Stephen Ford in particular worked tirelessly and continuously kept in contact with all parties ensuring the goal of exchanging contracts was achieved.

It was a difficult period selling my father's property as his health was deteriorating quite rapidly. Maureen Grey the Senior Branch Manager at Douglas Allen East Ham Branch was most helpful and key to the sale of the property. Maureen would always up date me and even contact myself out of her normal office hours to provide updates and to enquire as to my father's health. In the end she got an offer for my father's property higher than the asking price and I can not thank her enough for her professionalism and assistance with the entire process. I wish her all the best in her future and will always remember the top quality service she provided my entire family.

mortgage and finding a good house could be stressful experience and with a great agent, Anita Kaur made it easier and overwhelming experience. very friendly and polite.

Michelle and her team from Chadwell Heath branch were friendly and did a great job selling my property. I am very satisfied.

I was after some investment advice and got everything I needed and more from Woodford. Thanks to Owen Steve and Sheryce

have been looking for a while and steve at woodford has been my rock. he knows pretty much everything there is to know about houses and made it exciting rather than daunting

Great service from Woodford. Steve was brilliant throughout and was always on hand to help. Thanks for everything

This is our second time using the Douglas Allen team in Walthamstow. After buying our first property though them we have now sold a property with them as well. Maria was a friendly and approachable first contact discussing all then ins and outs of selling, most importantly she was honest and transparent about the whole process. Always able to answer any questions we had, and steered us through to completion. She also gave great advice on our search for a new home. Her team assisted us with chasing up the sale of our property and Ella was brilliant when time became a factor for us. I’d be entirely confidant at recommending Maria and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Tai and Ella have both been really helpful and communicated really effectively while I have been navigating my first property purchase, answering any questions I have ever had. Tai showed me around the property and answered any questions I had. Thank you for all your help.
