They charge $199.00 to file something that you can file completely for free!! And you can file it easily for free online. In my opinion they're scammers, I'd stay far away from them. Not only do they charge almost $200 for something that can be done easily for free, they also send out emails relentlessly!!! I'd definitely NOT recommend.

This company is relentless with their email solicitations & after putting a stop to the emails Im getting paper letters in the mail every week or two claiming my MCS-15 update is due, well its not due, I belive they are scamming carriers who are dumb enough to believe them.

DOT Compliance Group has been amazing to work with. Patricia is incredibly quick, efficient, and reliable, everything you could want in a rep and everything in between. She makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t know what’s happened to them over the past couple of years they used to be great. I can never get any assistance. They do not return calls. When I call I get disconnected. When I am lucky enough to get someone on the phone all they try to do is sell me more services That aren’t necessary.

This company is horrible -- customer service is non-existent after you pay for their service. I will never use this company again -- ever.

I had the best experience ever with Charlene from the DOT, she was so kind, professional and knowledgeable, I had no issues whatsoever completing the application, she helped me through the process and eased my worries even if I asked the same question twice, she did not get annoyed and answered all my questions with kindness! Thank you, Charlene, you're the best!!

This company charged me 3 times for the same service in 2024. I called the company and informed them about it and they said no refunds. They are not affiliated with any government service. I filled a complaint with the Federal Trade commission. If you go to reviews on their website there is no "write a review button"

They filed a UCR on our behalf without contacting anyone from the company, thereby underreporting the number of trucks AND triggering an audit!

Scammers! DOT Compliance Group, LLC keeps sending misleading letters that look like official government notices, trying to scare you into paying for biennial updates. They imply that your DOT number will be deactivated or you'll face penalties if you don’t use their service. Don't fall for this! You can file your biennial report directly through the FMCSA for free. This company is using dishonest tactics to make a profit. I found out this was not required through them at all, and they were just trying to charge me for something I could do for free directly on the FMCSA website. Avoid them and make sure to check directly with the FMCSA if you need any updates for your DOT number. Stay away!.

Scammers. They send out phishing emails targeting less than knowledgeable carriers. You might receive something in the mail misleading you into thinking that your DOT number is being canceled. They make their ads say "DOT" and in very small letters "compliance group," Everything they do, you can do for free. They are a scam origination. Do not pay them one red cent.

DOT Compliance Group, LLC identify themselves as a DOT government agency. They mis direct you making you think THEIR services, including some class and certification are REQUIRED by federal gov. This is NOT true. You can submit your own application directly with DOT and a "Certificate IS NOT required" by law, as they claim. Do not be fooled by them. Thank God I got my information straight before giving them anything! BTW, even at the real DOT they warn you of these scams. On the good note, they were friendly over the phone.
