Good Morning Gavin,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I do apologise that you have experienced so many problems with receiving your order. I can see the order is being cancelled and a refund is in place for you.
I do wish to advise that if you wish to speak to a Manager it can take up to 3 days, this does depend on certain factors however usually a call back would be a lot sooner than this.
If you wish to discuss this further please do contact us on feedback@cmostores.com.
Kind Regards
Samantha

Hi Geraint,
Thank you for leaving us 5 stars, we massively appreciate it!

Best avoided.
The doors are okay but the hinges and handles were missing parts and Doorsuperstore refused to send the missing pieces, claiming it was their supplier's error (my contract was with them, not the supplier) and it was my fault for not checking sooner. Correct, I did not count every screw in every bag, nor check the handles had all their grub screws, so I only found out when installing, but as an act of goodwill it would not be hard for them to sort it out but they flatly refused to do so. Best avoided.

I am so sorry that you do not feel happy with the service you have experienced with us, however as your order was placed and delivered in April 2025 you are unfortunately outside of the time frame for reporting any missing items or damages.
If there are ever any issues with our customers orders/deliveries we will always do what we can to rectify any situation where we are able to.
Apologies once again.

Hi Steven,
Thanks for your 5* review! We're glad that we were able to help.
Kind regards,

Very poor; look elsewhere
1 - (despite the premium pricing for P&P) the product was badly packaged and arrived with a small dent
2 - the head of one of the fixing screws sheared off when I tried to install the product (despite me drilling a pilot hole)
3 - both sets of brushes fell off when the post came through the door
4 - if it was possible to rate this Zero I would
