I received a few gifts for Mother’s Day, including the caffeine eye patches. Unfortunately, they seemed like a defective batch and did not meet expectations at all. When I reached out to customer service, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I’m truly disappointed, and based on this experience, I will not be shopping with Dolce & Gabbana in the future.

Ware bestellt im Online Store und wurde nie geliefert Geld wird aber schön behalten. Angeblich liegt es an DHL.

Schreibt man den Support an dauert es etlcihe Tage bis sich jemand meldet und man bekommt falsche informationen.

Ich werde dort nie wieder was bestellen

I ordered a perfume from Dolce & Gabbana online and was very happy with the experience. The scent is elegant, long-lasting, and exactly what I expected. Delivery was fast, and the packaging was secure and beautiful. I’ll definitely order again!

Customer service was completely horrible. I head fro. About 7 different people. I had a bad allergic reaction to make up, someone from the adverse reaction department contacted me, had me fill something out and said they would send me a return label. I never got the label and was asked by 3 other reps to fill out the adverse reaction form, that I had already filled out. Then everyone told me I could not return the make up and was give the return policy. Totally absurd and got no where or my money back. I will never by from this company. $5,000 for a dress with absolutely atrocious service.

My puppies perfume did not come with a collar or tag but I will say it's fragrance and the actual product last a very long time

I had a great experience and plan to shop with them again.

Spray nozzle stopped working maybe after 5 uses, ended up taking the top off and I dropped the bottle and spill most of it out. Only have a little bit left. Fragrance was good though and long lasting.

Packaging awesome even is package by mail.

And the aroma of the Dog perfume was on point love it

Dolce & Gabbana has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I returned my perfume and they never refunded me OR sent it back. They completely ignored my emails and treated me with zero respect. For a so-called “luxury” brand, this is unacceptable and shameful. They just take your money and don’t care about their customers at all. I will NEVER buy from them again, and I warn everyone else to think twice before trusting this brand.

I bought a powder compact for the face. The compact is pretty and the powder is very light. It creates a nice smooth complexion. I give it 4 stars (instead of 5) because i thought it was a little expensive just for a compact.

I ordered 3XL and it wouldn't even fit my toddler. I don't know who made these clothes but they're for kids not adults...

Loved the ease of placing my order and the beautiful wrapping that came with the gift I purchased!
