Great product, great fast support!

Most of your plugins aren't intuitive enough to set up without consulting the documentation. However, often even the documentation is outdated (eg Popups) and cumbersome to find (footer). Right now I am trying to add a popup to a button-trigger - frustrations galore! I am inclined to dump yours for one of the many other, similar plugins.

My support question was answered and explained in a professional and correct manner. Although the chat support says there are support staff online, I didn't get any immediate answers. However, after a couple of hours, I got a e-mail with clear explanation.

I love this plugin addon for Divi. The plugin has many additional functions that makes building websites a more seamless experience. They are constantly innovating by adding new functionalities to the plugin that adds value to the product. Their complete websites designs can be easily used from scratch, look great and are easy to modify according to your needs. Finally, my customer experience with them has been great. They have been friendly, prompt and helpful on the few times I have needed clarity. Very happy that I bought a lifetime license and can highly recommend the product!!

I encountered a display issue outside of the Divi Builder while using the Diviflash Flipbox module. The maintenance service reacted very quickly and found the cause of the bug, which, among other things, was due to the inappropriate use of the ">" character. Great job

The modules added to Divi are very high quality, with a lot of customization available, and every time I needed support, DiviFlash's team was fast, polite and accurate in solving all my problems. No regrets here about buying DiviFlash! Now I am just waiting for some sale to buy the unlimited agency pack :)
