I ran into an issue installing a layout, and the Divi Pixel team stepped in immediately. They have a great support platform that is easy to use. They were responsive, professional, and resolved the problem quickly. There are plenty of places to find Divi themes, but if you want reliable support alongside a quality product, Divi Pixel is the one to get.

The theme I purchased wont install as the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. There is no easy way to request a refund on the Divi Pixel website.

They were incredibly fast, kind, and professional, even over the weekend! I felt comfortable enough to give them access to my WordPress site, and the issue was resolved quickly and without any back-and-forth.

I love Divi Pixel! It is such a useful toolkit, I use it on all my web builds. They are keeping up with Divi5 which is amazing as I have been building and testing Divi5 for a while now. Divi5 and Divi Pixel are allowing me to create some really interesting, interactive designs.
