I was so impressed by this company. All arrangements were made in a couple of hours. I dealt with Ben who was so efficient. The waste was duly collected the next day. I would certainly use this company again.

Signed up in August, after a few sales calls from Lisa. I explained my frustration with my current provider and Lisa ensured, DIVERT has all their own depots and lorrys.
Nearly 5 months in and I have not received, 1 week of service in which i signed up for.
Week in, week out a different person calls me to apologise and it just goes round in circles.
Requests to speak to a manager ignored.
Save yourself the headache.

Edit - a manager of the company contacted me and communicated regularly to resolve the issues.
So far so good, collections seem to be going well and communication is far better now.

Excellent customer service, prompt and reasonably priced.

Superb service. I work from home but only on certain days. The representative always phones me first to check I'm in. I get an ETA or alternative arrangements if I'm not about. She's so helpful and always smiling. It's a great service at a great price.

Great company! I am a local resident and have noticed that they always put the bins back neatly! This is important in a busy area with lots of bins. They are quick and very efficient. Very friendly! These bins are in Oakwood, Leeds.

Excellent service from 2 Divert men who came to pick up cardboard and because I was on my own helped me put all the other rubbish into the two new Divert bins .

Fantastic service form Ben Iliff! I was looking for a new Commercial Waste Management agreement and being new to this service I was a little unsure exactly what I required now and in the future but Ben talked me through all the options/the flexibility that Divert offer, so I was able to choose the best solution for my new business. Set up was quick, clear and simple.

I had the backplate of a piano needing to go to the tip the city council were unhelpful so I contacted Divert and was immediately offered a solution
the staff were very pleasant and within a short time I had a quote sent photos and was given a one hour time section for the following day
the van arrived the situation assessed and the piano backplate removed by two very nice helpful men respectful of my property and considerate when removing the item I got Duty of Care Waste Transport form can`t recommend highly enough
