    Awesome customer service

    Awesome customer service. Helped make sure the correct equipment was purchased and received. They followed-up periodically with stick updates on another order and advised when the order shipped. They have great team members.

    Took forever to get my gloves

    Took forever to get my gloves, had to go buy gloves locally before my dive.

    Hi Eddy, I'm really sorry you feel that way. We did let you know right away the gloves were out of stock, but that they would still arrive within the 7-10 days allotment for the FREE SHIPPING you selected. We never heard back from you, and they arrived on the 10th day after you placed your order, as you selected when you placed the order.

    So, while there was a slight delay, they still arrived as you were expecting when you placed the order. I'm really sorry if you had to buy another pair of gloves, but had we known of any time constraints, which we did ask about in our first email, we could have changed your requested shipping to another method to arrive properly.

    Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Reach out to me on your next order, and I will stretch your dollars as far as I can to help make up for the money you spent on the additional gloves.

    Great products and customer experience

    DRIS offers good gear at affordable prices. Communication from their staff is always prompt, helpful, polite and professional. I enjoy ordering from DRIS because I know that I will get a great product and customer experience.

    Ordering a Dry Suit over the phone

    Ordering a Dry Suit over the phone. I started the dialog with Dive Right in Scuba, Illinois in November 2023. I wanted a SANTI drysuit but had never owned or used a dry suit before. Right from the get go, the store assistant advised me to choose a more robust suit and then spent many calls and emails advising me on the various items I would need- under-suit, gloves socks, boots etc as well as samples to try. He also provided a detailed made-to-measure guide. The suit that is made in Poland took 12 weeks to arrive but it is a perfect fit and is exactly to my specifications. I could not be happier, and for me, this is THE store for dry-suit repairs as well as any other dive equipment. What is of particular appeal to me is that the reps. are all divers themselves so the advice is based upon actual experience rather than the manufacturers' advertising claims. If that is not enough, one of the associates produces regular YouTube videos with very helpful equipment advice. What more is there to ask for!
