Discount AC Parts Anmeldelser

Great price on the AC kit I needed. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than my local auto parts stores. Would definitely buy from them again.

Just what I ordered, fast delivery, half the price of the box stores. Will definitely use when needed again.

Quality parts at a great price.
Good customer service.
, and fast shipping.

I bought an AC kit for my Subaru and both the condenser and the compressor are both bad. One if the inlets of the condenser was clearly damaged from the factory. The compressor looks fine from the outside, but made a horribly grinding sound when the car was started. Had to pay my mechanic to do the work twice due to their faulty parts. All this company is willing to do is replace the parts, after you make a deposit of the purchase price again. Basically, they want to borrow money from you until they get their useless parts back. I cant afford to let them borrow $285 after having to pay more to get the work done. I don't think it is a good sign when the two main components of the kit were bad from the beginning, who would want a replacement and not a refund? They dont give refunds on any part that has been installed. When I called customer service, the girl I spoke to asked me if I just wanted to cut my losses because they would not give me a refund. So rude.
Their prices are low because their products are crap. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

Tip for consumers:
make sure you are aware of their return policy. if you install it and find out it doesn't work, they will not give a refund.

Funds were tight. But the price was right. For a few dollars more it only took 2 days to reach my door.

Thanks Discount A/C

great prices, easy returns, no restocking charge or return shipping charge

The AC Compressor that I ordered was a perfect fit, and the cost was quite a bit lower than if I had purchased it at a box store. Delivery was fast also.

SUPER FAST DELIVERY, part was as described, shown, EXACLTY what I needed. Highly recommend.

Part came in good time and was the right one at that. Would buy again.

Excellent service. No issues

I ordered a A/C kit for my 97 Chevy 3500, the Condenser was 1/2" too tall, and the Compressor bottomed out on the mounting bracket. The only thing that fit was the Dryer. And they have limited hours so if you need to get a hold of them on the weekend, forget it!

We bought an AC compressor for my son's Mercedes. The price was the best online, it arrived in just a few days and was exactly as described. I would recommend DiscountACParts and would shop here again.

The parts arrived fast and all looked like new. Very good communications when I had questions. Would recommend Discount AC Parts.

All parts were delivered and look brand new,so far so good....

I found this site while searching for AC PARTS. I found a package of parts which includes all applicable parts I needed. Although I have yet to install the parts I was impressed with the outward appearance of everything. Hope to get them on in a few weeks.
