I ordered a part for a 89 ranger tailgate. I have invoice and have requested a return label and refund with no answer. This company, which was imbedded in another parts company thru Amazon, vehiclesecurityinnovators, part came from buyautoparts. Btw the phone number on my visa bill is non existent. Innovators has passed this return to buyautoparts and there is no answer from them. So beware what company Amazon is attached to, and both companies listed above not customer oriented. Dont buy from them!

The Turbocharger I purchased was exactly as described and fit my 2007 RDX, like it was supposed to. I thank the seller for it's prompt, delivery and honest service. I will definitely rep this company whenever and to whoever is stuck in a spot of repair old or buy new. Kudos to 'real
business' happening in real time.

This company said they had my part in stock on their web site but in fact did not so they cancelled my order the next day without any notification. I even emailed their so called customer service and heard nothing. I waited a week for shipping confirmation and then called them. They said "oh we didn't have that in stock so we had to cancel your order" Thanks for telling me, jerks!!! Never buy parts from them!

Bad experience. Ordered a steering rack. Sent with no tracking info. The part was thrown into an empty box with no packing material, so the tie rods punctured both ends of the box. One end was sticking out when I received it. Threads were damaged, but mechanic was able to install. I had to contact them to get a return label to send back the core. They're in business since 1989, and don't know how to ship parts. Or they just don't care.

I ordered the parts on the 29th, I did not receive updated tracking or any information about the part after that. When I bought it the shipping was 10 to 15 days, after 10 to 15 days the part was still in processing, I called in and they said it would be shipped out the next day, the next week I called in and they still hadn't even shipped it out. After a month of calling I finally got them to refund my order, they refuse to refund it the first time I asked as they had to check with the warehouse for some reason. Now I've gone a month without air conditioning and I have to scramble last minute to get this part from another supplier. I have never had this level of service from an online supplier before, it seems like no one understands what's actually happening in the company, and no one is responsible for shipping parts. Use any other supplier but this one as the problem seems to be systemic to the company and how it operates.

The outsourced foreign customer service is nonsense. No solution, hang up on customer. No greetings no bye bye. Like calling at the city bus terminal.

Today I send pictures from the part the wrong part I didin't open the box,but phone somebody tall me this " THIS PART IT'S THE SAME ON BOTH SIDES" my good... So
Things happen sometimes in life. I chose your store, among many that were available online, I ordered an axle for my daughter's car, she needs the car to go to work, I received the part, disassembled the car and "THE PART CAME WRONG" Damn, what bad luck. Now I have my daughter waiting, we have to exchange the part and I have no idea how and HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET THE RIGHT PART.

Send wrong part. Have spent an entire day trying to get them on the phone. They have a fake phone system, so calling just puts you on hold indefinitely. They won't answer emails, and obviously do not care if they screw their customers over. Now my customer is having to wait multiple days, and I am having to compensate for their poor business practices. Never again.

Seller accepted a possible warranty claim.
Confirmed item would be returned for inspection.
Then ignored all emails and correspondence.

So far, so good! I really have no complaints. The items I've ordered over the years have been pretty good. I had a defective item once, but they handle the issue with no problem. Thanks!

The part I purchased had a deposit to return the old core. When I tried to return the core they said I was past their return window and they would not give me anything. Must admit the return window is on their website. But you have to look for it. It is NOT obvious! Besides, the old part can still be rebuilt. So they should at least offer me something for it.

Decent company at best:
I ordered several parts with next-day shipping for $103 extra. The parts took 3 days to come in and one part was missing from the order, causing me to have to spend $100 extra for my shop to order the part.

Upon contacting customer service they told me the part had been shipped. I had to send them evidence that the part had not been shipped. Had to call them back several times and once they hung up on me.

Eventually, they did indeed refund me for the part and were able to refund me half of the handsome shipping fee.

Proceed with caution.

Bought 2 CV axles for truck. Supposed to be a lifetime warranty. One axle failed. I filled out claim form. Heard nothing from them. Been 2 weeks plus. I emailed them, nothing. No customer service and apparently, they don't want to deal with warranty issues. No service.Period...Don't buy from these people..Nothing but a bunch of yahooos..

Bought a starter motor for my classic Mercedes, it didn’t fit and they won’t respond to emails. Poor company, so disappointed. The new starter was just a generic one with no labels or anything. Do not waste your time with this company.

Their prices are very reasonable, the compressor was packaged securely and well, it arrived on time. I had to return the part, because although BAP said that particular one was guaranteed to fit, it didn't. I packed it up and returned it and am awaiting my refund. The company itself was very professional and would do business with them again.

I purchased a set of four shock absorbers for my 2011 GMC Terrain from BuyAutoParts ( SO-1635268). Upon delivery, I paid a professional mechanic $200 to install them. Immediately following installation, the vehicle was completely undriveable; the suspension was totally locked up and stiff, presenting a major safety hazard. The mechanic verified that the parts were defective from the manufacturer.

I contacted customer service, and they acknowledged the defect by offering a free replacement. However, because my vehicle was disassembled on a mechanic's lift, I could not wait days for replacement transit times.

I was forced to return the items and purchase working parts elsewhere. BuyAutoParts refused to provide a prepaid return shipping label, forcing me to pay $175 out-of-pocket to USPS to return their defective merchandise.
I am currently out $375 ($200 useless labor + $175 return shipping) due entirely to this company's poor quality control.

I demand a full refund of the $175 return shipping fee. I have attached the official mechanic's invoice proving the product defect and the USPS shipping receipt proving my out-of-pocket return expense.

Ordered electric steering rack & all new tie rods for my Audi Q5 TDI: everything arrived in 1 day (I paid for overnight delivery), it was installed and my Audi runs great.

I hope it doesn’t fail in the future, I drove 1000 miles so far: this decision saved me $2k compared to buying a new unit. I went with Indy shop for labor, saving thousands on labor versus going with Audi Dealer. I returned the old failed unit for $200 core refund, BuyAutoParts gave me the $200 back as they promised.

I’m happy I ordered from BuyAutoParts & glad it all worked out.

The part I ordered arrived in a timely manner was correct part for the car fit very well would recommend BAP for people looking for auto parts very satisfied

I had a good experience. They did hold my order on confirmation of shipping by calling but no problem they are covering my butt and theirs by double confirming. So make sure you read the emails they send

Ordered part next day with 1 hour still to cutoff and they emailed me 3.5 hours later to confirm the part when the website already confirmed it. They had horrendous customer service when I tried to get them to send the part and literally hung up on me in the process.
