🎾🎾 were for HALE LTC. Easy to purchase. Delivery was as advised and tennis balls arrived in good condition/ packaged in sturdy box’s. Had one issue, with address , my fault and the company dealt with it professionally so order wasn’t held up.
Highly recommend.

Sports Direct system had a ‘gliche’ and processed two orders for the same thing ! Wouldn’t accept it was a fault there end and charge for returns [£3.99] . Tried in vain to explain but there Customer services couldn’t care less. I will not make the same mistake by ordering of them again ! I can see from there Trustpilot ratings I’m not alone. Very disappointed.

Avoid this place. They sent me a skirt for my daughter. It was never even tried on as it was clearly too small. They returned it claiming a stain, even though it had all original tags on and had not ever been warn. Then refused to respond to emails about this. Will now be taking them to court. Avoid this scam of a company.

Today I received a refund into my bank account and it was less than expected. Yet again, this company in incapable of making a refund in full.

I paid £35.07 for my purchased item. There was an additional £5.00 charge added to purchase another shoe box for the said return of the item, plus the cost of the return postage!

I am still waiting for someone to respond to me to explain WHY I have only received a partial refund. I expect a response at some point sollowed by a rude response on trust pilot - your customer service is abysmal and it shows with your ratings AND reviews. Do NOT shop with Direct Sports. Far too stressful.

I ordered shoes online, but they weren't what I expected. I tried to cancel, but they made me pay to return them which I did and still haven't refunded me after weeks! Their customer service is terrible.

I try to purchase less items from Amazon but his experience shows me why I should not bother. I ordered a pair of shoes, canceled the order before dispatch but unfortunately the item was dispatched and received. I have requested a returns label but I still have not received a response from this company. Credit card was used so I will be logging a dispute if I have not heard back from Direct Sports in 5-10 days.

Prompt delivery - I opted for collection from a drop off store - with updates throughout the delivery process. I had to exchange my product for a different size and this process was easy and clear to navigate on the website and completed quickly and efficiently.

Great value products. Prompt and thorough delivery service, with great communication at every stage of the process.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I bought a pair of shoes from Direct Sports, and not long after, they started falling apart and well before you’d expect any issues. I contacted customer services thinking it’d be a simple fix or exchange. Unfortunately, I was wrong :(
Despite explaining the situation clearly and showing the defects, they refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of replacement. The response felt dismissive, and the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be. I regret buying here and won’t be shopping with them again as I've spent a lot of wasted money.
