Ordered an item from what I thought was a UK company which when it eventually arrived, I found was not suitable. When i tried to return the product within the 14 days as stipulated on their return policy (and in line with the UK distance selling regs) they sent me an address in America to return it to for which I had to pay the postage for. this is unacceptable. The cost of the postage was nearly equal to cost of the item in the first place so refund would be pointless. Got absolutely nowhere with them trying to get a UK return address and after numerous emails back and forth they informed me that as it hadn't bee returned on time it fell outside their returns policy - Don't use them!!

Their website is deliberately misleading.
I ordered an urgently required Nobsound Little Bear MC403 from them on 18.09.2024, because their website stated that they had 2 in stock & "order now for delivery between September 23-25" Then I got an email telling me '2 weeks for delivery'.
When I queried this. I was told "we attempted to source the product locally but were unable to find it, so the product will be shipped from the US" - so their statement about having "2 in stock" was untrue.
I complained, saying I should have been offered the opportunity to cancel, when it was clear that they did not have the item in stock and that delivery would take way longer than their website stated.
They then proceeded to say "If you are happy to wait for the order then I am delighted to share a discount voucher of 10% of your order value that can be redeemed in your next order"
Why would I order something ELSE from them, despite them lying on their website?
A deliberately misleading, dishonest and disrespectful company. Avoid.

Just now logged into their online chat portal trying to check on a product. Before talking about the product, wanted to find out more about where they are based, where they ship from. Didn't get any direct answers, only some mumbling about ''various locations''. I mentioned an office in Dublin 7 listed on their site and a phone number for possibly Letterkenny, Donegal. The agent, for a third time, asked me if i had further questions about a product, then abruptly ended the chat.

Hello there. We recently bought a Speakman Anystream shower head from Direct Nine. Soon after purchase I became a little concerned as I couldn't seem to clarify even a ball park delivery date. This was compounded by reading some reviews which I would describe as being "mixed". However, the item did arrive and I have to say, so far, all is well. I have yet to actually fit and use the shower head, but it arrived in perfect condition and is as described. Fingers crossed for the function, but Direct Nine came through with the supply.
Product is great. Could have done with a bit more updating between order being placed and delivery.
Shocking service, item had taken weeks to arrive, when it did arrive it's the wrong plug adapter for the UK.
I am wanting to return this item but finding it quite difficult as they don't do return labels ???
They are offering me a discount or a voucher, absolutely not.
I am and have been requesting a full refund now for weeks.
I will be contacting RIP of Britain and watch dog if this continues.

Good product with excellent delivery.
I ordered a shortwave radio from DirectNine in December 2023. Although the company uses a uk domain name, I believe they are based in India. If I had known this at the time I probably wouldn’t have placed an order with them.
There was some delay in dispatching the item, but after sending a few messages to the company, it eventually arrived. As I received exactly what I had ordered and got replies to my messages, I have given a two star rating. But, it’s what subsequently occurred that has left me questioning whether DirectNine are actually involved in some kind of scam.
Two things happened a few months after placing the order with DirectNine. Although I don’t know for certain if the first one was directly connected to DirectNine, the second one most definitely was.
Early this year I got a phone call from my bank asking about three transactions that had apparently been placed that day. I was able to confirm that they were all fraudulent. All of them originated from the US and I know that the radio was dispatched to me from the US. This led to a lot of hassle, as my bank card had to be cancelled.
The second thing occurred a few months ago when I started to receive frequent messages regarding the delivery of items, which I was supposed to have ordered despite not having placed any orders. These purportedly came from different companies, but a few had variations of the name DirectNine. In each case I was being asked to click a link to track the delivery. I started to get really suspicious when I noticed that the order number was exactly the same as the one on my DirectNine Order from December 2023. I contacted DirectNine about these messages and in fairness I did get a reply to my messages. When they finally acknowledged the connection with DirectNine which was indisputable, all they said was that it must have come from one of their delivery partners and that they had no control over that. I said that I was considering taking action regarding an investigation into what appeared to be some kind of online fraud. Then, just as suddenly as all the messages started appearing, they all stopped.

Excellent service, I actuallly cancelled my order due to an ordering error on my part. Directnine were super responsive and organised my refund very quickly. Very impressed with the customer service
I needed a bible i could take out with me,And this portable bible does eavery thing i require,So i am very happy with it,i will warn outher people if you get a ,email saying you have to pay extra postage,Don't as this is a scam using DHL deliverys,They will put a picture of a packet to fool you,Just thought i would warn you.🙏🇬🇧

I was concerned during the purchase process as although I received a tracking number I did not know who the courier was. Also I had no idea this product was being shipped from overseas as the website in the UK has the company name as DirectNine United Kingdom. The final issue I’ve had are a number of e-mails using the directnine order number as the subject that are clearly Spam and link to Spam websites when you follow the links for shipping updates.
I called and spoke to Bhagyalaxmi. She was very helpful, reassured me and gave me the courier details and a screenshot of the tracking status.
The item I purchased was not available in the UK so if I was looking for something similar in the future I would order from them again.
Do not use this company as it is a scam. We ordered a pack of 25 fobs and received 1 as they are showing the photo shows 1. The description was a pack of 25. We have also been asked to pay more for postage which is also a scam
