Arrived on time, well packed, exactly the item ordered.

Was very happy with the service I got but alas the watch didn’t fit my friends wrist so I had to return it. Had no problem returning it and money refunded truly happy with the service . Just unhappy that watch wasn’t any good for my friend she has a large wrist but wouldn’t hesitate to use Dipples jewellers again. Thank you

Can’t rate Dipples high enough.
After looking for some months for a particular item of jewellery for a very special gift I had almost given up.
Then I tried Dipples in Norwich.
John met me at the door and was so very helpful, knowledgeable and amiable. Nothing was too much trouble. He spent time ringing various jewellery companies until he had found what I was looking for.
Time & time again I had no joy from other jewellers all saying
.. Sorry nothing we can do!
I am now awaiting my piece of jewellery to be delivered to Dipples.
Can’t tell you how happy I felt when I left the shop .. thanks to John!
If I purchase any other item I will certainly visit Dipples first.
