Great customer service
The record player we bought had a crack in the plastic lid. They were brilliant at getting it sorted and very good at communicating. A lot of the reviews say how well they did with products. I think the way they deal with a problem shows them in an even better light. I would definitely recommend Digitalis Direct.

Quality speaker cables at a good price
Terminated QED speaker cables available from stock in standard lengths at a good price.
DPD experienced an unexplained delay, but I can't blame Digitalis for that. Except perhaps for choosing DPD, who do this regularly.

Great service from this company
I came across Digitalis when looking for a subwoofer. They had my choice in stock - Edifier T5. I emailed them to ask about compatibility with my current setup. I had a speedy reply which confirmed it was so my order was placed later. I received the item on the scheduled day. It sits very well in my system and I'm one happy bunny.
Key points: great communication from staff. Item description was informative. Communication from delivery company was accurate and on time. No damage to package. There was a 5% discount - always welcome. I will definitely recommend this company to friends. Thank you good people 👍.
