Replacement stylus
The stylus on our turntable unfortunately broke, so I emailed Digitalis Direct and asked if they sold replacements and they did, thankfully! Ordered one and received it a couple of days later, super easy to fit on to the arm and now the turntable works like a dream once more, happy customer - thanks so much!

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a turntable and speakers set from their eBay store and was so impressed how quickly it arrived, especially as it arrived on a weekend. The audio technica turntable and edifier speakers are great. Even when I had an issue with the turntable the customer service I received was excellent. Peter goes above and beyond and personally called me, talked me through troubleshooting and got me a replacement turntable all with no hassle or fuss... A class service and would definitely recommend them to friends and use them again in the future.

when the company messed up on the advertising and offered a different product they gave me 100pound discount and were very apologetic and they were late with the delivery BUT they were very nice about it
