Our 24 stores located nationwide are 100% Irish-owned and we have been meeting the needs of our customers now for over 55 years. Things have changed a lot since we opened the doors of our first store back in 1968 in Dublin and ever since, we have continued to understand the needs of each and every one of our customers who have walked through our doors. We have gone from strength to strength, while always keeping our core values of exceptional customer service at the lowest prices at the forefront of our business. Our staff consistently go the extra mile to ensure our customers leave our stores with products that are best suited to their needs while striving to deliver the best in customer service, after-sales advice, help and support when needed.

Free recycling: We're happy to recycle your old appliances for FREE, no purchase necessary. Simply, return any of your old appliances to your local DID store and we'll be delighted to take it off your hands.

I had a great experience at DID Electrical in Airside.Denil was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to assist me, answered my questions patiently, and made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this makes a real difference. I bought a security camera and my niece…

I bought a security camera and my niece bought an iPhone and Paul’s knowledge on both was top notch. He was attentive and friendly so the customer service was superb.

I needed advice on a few items and Paul made the experience much simpler, he was very knowledgable about the products and was friendly and professional. So much so, that I didn’t bother checking the other shops, I went ahead and ordered with him. I haven’t received the products yet, but I’m sure I’ll by satisfied
