First of all, I absolutely love the engagement ring my partner purchased from here.
After losing one of the side stones, I contacted them via WhatsApp and they were so quick to respond and resolve the issues, that in a week, I had my ring fixed.

Such a good, reliable company!
I hate online shopping, and was very sceptical about buying jewellery especially. The customer service this company offer, in reassurance and also advice in selecting the right piece of jewellery, is second to none. The WhatsApp service they offer is truly fantastic. I had such a smooth experience, and because of this will definitely be using this company again. The item arrived next day before 1pm as promised. Superb company!
