Hi my name is Paul and I was looking for a Rolex that I had been looking for for a while,I met Alex last week and he had a very large range of watches, he was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know.

My very first Rolex watch! Thank you so much to your shop for making this possible. If I had bought it directly from a Rolex boutique, I might have to wait for months or years. I know Rolex watches aren't that easy to get, and there's often a waiting list. I'm so happy with my purchase, especially because my preloved watch looks practically brand new.

Excellent service from the minute we entered, The Penthouse By Trotters, until we left.
Lovely airy showroom with great views across London( noisy at times due to the construction work going on nearby but Trotters did everything possible to keep disruption to a minimum for customers).
Large selection of watches as well as diamond jewellery.
All the jewellery & watches were beautifully displayed in glass cases allowing you to fully appreciate them.

Louis was very knowledgeable about the watches he showed us.
He didn’t make you feel pressured into picking the 1st watch you tried.
There was no hard sale from him
My daughter had already decided on which watch she wanted before we travelled to London but upon trying it on decided that she’d prefer a larger dial.
Louis patiently took out various watches, different dial sizes & different dials, until she found the perfect one.
I also purchased a watch which needed more links added to the bracelet. This was done at no extra cost.
Unfortunately after a long day in London the bracelet felt tight on my wrist so I contacted the guys at Trotters & when I explained the situation and asked if they could add another link was told to just pop in before we went to catch our flight.
So well done Louie & all the other guys who we interacted with that day. They all seem genuine guys who love their jobs.
I’ll/ We’ll definitely be back when we upgrade.

It’s not easy buying an expensive watch on the grey market……. Lots of misinformation and unscrupulous outlets/individuals……… that’s not the case at Trotters, absolutely brilliant from start to finish, highly recommended

We bought our Daughther a watch from these guys over 12 months ago, we had an slight issue with it and took it back in, they fixed it no issue no drama, sent back to us recorded with ait tags and no charge !!. thanks guys- excellent service from our 1st meet to look and buy form you.
