Received my 2 carat earrings today and so pleased, had the wow factor when i opened the box ,so pleased I ordered them and only waited 1 day for them , put them in straight away and have had so many compliments they really sparkle and received all the paper work with them ,I was looking at lab created diamonds but went with earth mined as only a small difference in price,so happy with them, thank you so much

Excellent service right through from ordering to actually receiving the items. Well presented and packaged and arrived on time. Beautiful jewellety at very respectable prices. I will definitely order from these people in the future. Thoroughly recommend Diamond Jewelry United.

AMAZING. The quality and price are unbelievable. I would definitely use them again.

I recently purchased a ring from DJU the ring arrived was really pleased even the the appraisal found tiny scratched they offered me a partial refund to get it buffed and polished . Was quite happy to go ahead ,took it to the jewelers to get it polished I asked them to check the quality for me they tested the diamond but told me it was minsonite. I went to another to ask the same I went to three in the end . The last one explained things how they can still test as a minsonite even though they are diamonds . I contacted DJU they where quite angry within the wording of the message. I worked with them to solve the issue but I had lost faith in the ring by this point. But I must add the where faultless in dealing with the issue they payed for it to go back and I sent everything back and had no problem receiving a full refund. Thank you

I recently purchased for my wife a 3 stone Round Diamond Trilogy Ring Set, I was initially nervous about purchasing online without viewing the diamonds in person. My mind was put at real ease by Steven, who was able to explain the full details of the ring in finite detail, no sales pressure & a 60 day no quibble return policy.
The ring arrived, on the date agreed, tracked, Royal Mail next day delivery, wow, exceptional quality, what an absolutely beautiful forever piece. You should have "NO" concerns or doubts about purchasing from DJU. My future diamond purchases will only come from one place, Diamond Jewelry United.

The piece arrived very quickly and as described on the website. This is the second piece I have purchased and will continue to do so in the future.

Great prices and great service! Thank you very much, also worth noting the speedy delivery and the way they prepare the whole package! Amazing service.

Quick shipment. Good communication

Having looked around for a diamond ring for wifes 60th Birthday we found the one we wanted on DJU.. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions with detail and clarity.
