We ordered our sofa from DFS today and received outstanding service from Poppy. From the moment we walked into the showroom, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us with our sofa choice.
Poppy took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, patiently answered all of our questions, and guided us through the process. Her product knowledge was excellent, and she made the whole purchasing process smooth, easy, and enjoyable.
What really stood out was her professionalism combined with her warm and approachable manner. She went above and beyond to ensure we were confident in our decision and made us feel like valued customers throughout.

I’d just like to say how impressed I was with the service I received when buying my sofa from DFS. Jeetendra who helped me was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.

We had a great experience shopping for our new sofas at DFS. Anand approached us in a very friendly and welcoming way and greeted us. He understood what we were looking for and what could fit nicely in the space that we had. He went through the options with great patience and explained everything very well.

Walked in and greeted by staff but not followed around or given the hard sell. Assistance was provided on request-which I liked! Jon was an absolute gentleman, didn't rush me to make any decisions, provided an abundance of information that I needed and made sure I was happy with everything before going through with an order.

Upon arrival to dfs I was greeted with a warm welcome, as I looked around and found the sofa that i wanted Anand was happy to help.
Anand offered me a hot drink before we sat down and he explain everything I needed to know. He was very helpful and made my decision an easy one.

Thank you DFS Wednesbury, choosing and buying our new corner sofa and chair was so easy, thank you Jet for your help.

Our experience from start to finish was amazing, we went in a day before we were planning to buy a sofa and Baly was very helpful, we then went back to baly the next day to purchase and he went above and beyond for us! He made us feel very comfortable and explained everything to us very clearly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It all went as planned, the time of delivery and the delivery guys where fantastic

Amazing customer service, we went into store on Wednesday and was greeted by Nafisa from the first conversation we had she went above and beyond to try and meet our expectations and exactly what we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble and helped us find everything we wanted. We then went back on Monday to order our new sofa, Nafisa was Friendly, polite, professional and really good at her job. Would definitely recommend people to go in and see Nafisa.
