Pina was excellent
Pina was excellent! I found the perfect sofa for me online but I wanted to see if they had the sofa in store so I can see the colour of it properly. After seeing it was not the best but it will do, I found out I was able to change the colour of the fabric which I never knew this sofa was aloud as I wasn’t able to change the colours online which was a extra bonus and thankful for the store and Pina for making me aware, Pina made me all aware about how to keep my sofa in good condition and what to do when my sofa arrives her customer service was spot on she was aware of my tight budget that I was on, she did not force me into anything extra adding etc but she made me aware of the advantages of it but it was entirely my own decision which I found very polite as some people can try and push it on you just to make a extra buck. And she was able help me secure my new sofa and even better a better colour and fabric for the sofa I wanted I couldn’t thank her enough! Top marks!

New sofa
We were served by Peena, she was extremely pleasant and helpful, explained everything we needed to know. She did not put any pressure on us at all to purchase anything, she asked us whether we'd looked online before going to store (we hadn't), we wanted to just turn up and look round. She even went out of her way to make sure we had refreshments. Overall a pleasant in store experience.
