Not recieved my sofa yet but really pleased with the information provided. I like you can complete the look with rugs and other furniture.

As a first-time buyer, I was a little unsure about the process, but Jason at DFS Swindon made everything so easy. He was extremely helpful, personable, and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to talk me through every step and provided detailed explanations, making sure I understood all of my options without ever feeling pressured. His knowledge and approachable manner made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DFS Swindon, and especially Jason, to anyone looking for new furniture.

Spoke to the representative a week ago then he gave us measurements no hard sale, the following week we went back and bought the suit we wanted again with ease and no hard sale!

Our experience at DFS Swindon was very good when you walk into the store you dont have someone come straight up to you and start asking questions, i like to look around then find help when needed, Jason was our customer service man today and a very nice man friendly, polite, explained everything step by step, answered any questions with great knowledge, would recommend DFS to friends and family.

Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful or patient staff member this morning. Understood exactly what I needed and was able to show me other sofas I hadn’t even considered when looking online. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and even took me outside to view fabrics in daylight! Big thanks to ‘Gregg’ I am very much looking forward to my sofa delivery 😁

Had a show round various sofas with my partner at the Swindon store and picked out a trek sofa. Experience was great, Greg was lovely to deal with.

My experience was great because the staff member was very helpful, friendly, attentive and listened carefully to what we needed.He took time to explain different products clearly, answered all our questions patiently and helped us find exactly what suited our home and budget.There was no rush and we felt well looked after throughout our visit.

Well I went to the Swindon store just to browse for a potential sofa and found one I liked and then was approached by piña who was very helpful and not pushy and answered every question I had and out my mind at ease so much so I went back a week later to make sure she had my order in her name and was brilliant through the whole process!
