I went in for a sofa and the woman that helped me was excellent. Everything explained very clearly and helped me to pick out a colour. Wonderful customer service.

Jackie was excellent throughout the purchase process. She was incredibly informative, clear when answering my many questions, and allowed me plenty of time to think about the purchase. She made a big purchase feel very calm and easy to do.

Great in-store experience yesterday at the Stockport store. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, the whole experience was welcoming, professional, and enjoyable.
Our sales advisor took the time to understand our needs and patiently talked us through all the available options without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. Everything was explained clearly, making it easy to make an informed decision and feel confident in our choice.
The level of customer service was excellent throughout, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely focused on helping rather than simply making a sale.
A big thank you to the team for making the visit such a positive experience. I would happily recommend the Stockport store to friends and family and will certainly return in the future.

Alan's customer service is amazing! My partner and I have just purchased our first home so wanted our first couch to be perfect, we'd popped into DFS a couple of times but both liked different things, we then popped in today as we needed to get a sofa ordered and Alan helped us find the most amazing compromise. The perfect couch! In the shape my partner wanted and the material I wanted, which we didn't even know was an option and wouldn't have known without Alan's help! We were immediately sold and now have our dream couch. Honestly he made the whole process so easy and could not do enough for us. We're extremely grateful so thank you Alan!

No hassle on entering the showroom was left to browse around for a while and then was approached by a member of staff who offered to help a lovely lady who introduced herself as Jackie, from that moment on she was so helpful in helping me with my purchase and explaining to me how to care for my furniture, l am an elderly man on my own so was so grateful for the help from start to finish.
I would certainly shop at DFS again thanks to Jackie a credit to the company.

Alan the sales person was helpful and friendly and not at all pushy. I'm autistic and get overwhelmed easily and I felt unpressured and comfortable. We were offered a choice of free drinks while we decided whether to make a purchase. Very nice relaxed atmosphere in store.

Nicky the sales man was outstanding. He was attentive, compassionate and caring. He took exceptional care of us especially my elderly mum , making sure she was comfortable at all times during our time at the store. He explained everything in detail and there was nothing he could have done differently. Overall he is an absolute credit to your company and a total pleasure and delight that he was on duty today and we placed our orders with him. He certainly deserves a reward for his commitment to DFS.
