Natalie dropped everything and assisted us straight away very politely and professionally, luckily we had visited before and knew which bed we wanted and with Natalie’s help and experience we very quickly knew which mattress was best for us. I went to the DFS at Sidcup.
As soon as I entered tge doors, a customer assistant by the name of Joseph got up and greeted me. He asked what I was looking for snd he straight away started helping.
My experience with him was awesome. He has a great customer service, he was patient, offered me water, he understood his job and he got me to buy a luxurious bed.

I would like to thank the staff Joseph who dealt with us when we visited the store in Sidcup. He was patient, very professional with good customer care.
