No hassle from the sales people
No hassle from the sales people. No following around the store. We were offered coffee . The use of display screens (huge) to show the suite in the colour we were looking for. Excellent service from Joseph , he was very thorough in explaining everything too

We had a fantastic experience at DFS thanks to Valerie From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and helped us find the perfect sofa for our home
Valerie was patient, professional, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable Her excellent customer service and attention to detail really stood out, and we left feeling confident that we had made the right choice

We visited the Sidcup branch today and were welcomed by Isabelle, who was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived.
She took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions with patience and honesty, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right choice, rather than just making a sale.
We’re so grateful for all of Isabelle’s time, advice and kindness. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable, and we left feeling genuinely happy and confident with our purchase. Isabelle is a real credit to the Sidcup team, and we can’t thank her enough.
