Tony was great
Tony one of the managers there took my order and was great. He took time to listen to what I wanted and showed us other sofa's and didn't rush us at all. All the questions were answered and explained fully. Would love you to tell Tony that he did a great job please.

Friendly professionalism
Welcoming but understanding that we just wanted to browse. Immediate attention when we requested help. Derek came to assist us. Knowledgeable about the sofa. Patient with me, I'm 76yr old Stroke survivor! Another assistant came and checked all details. Very pleasant experience.

Fantastic Service
We were met by Graeme as we entered the store who gave us the freedom to roam around on our own but was always on hand to answer any questions we had.
There is lots more choice than I thought at the Shrewsbury branch and we saw a settee we liked straight away and the process to ordering it was nice and simple and not a very long wait for it to be delivered. All of our questions answered and properly explained we walked away happy just looking forward to having it in our living room now.

Service was great, was approached by your newest colleague who was on his first day on shopfloor very polite and helpful.
Due to him not having codes to accept and process any sales a young lady came over to help and show him, again all great.
