Amazing service
Been meaning to buy a sofa for weeks now but I was too busy to go in store and choose one. With the sales on I didn't want to miss out so I had no choice but to do a video call for some expert help on the colours of the sofas I had in my basket. By luck I got the wonderful Tito assisting me. He was amazing, super professional, really patient and kind. He went through all the colours and textures I had in mind, talked me through it all without any rush and made the whole thing so easy. After weeks of stalling I finally picked the perfect one thanks to him. I’m sooo happy and truly grateful for his help!!

The young lady was lovely who served me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She was sorry about the extra cost for delivery charge which is high. Considering we only bought a 2 seat sofa.

We were left alone to browse and make our decision without being hounded by a salesperson the minute we walked through the door .
Competitively priced compared with neighbouring outlets.
When we asked the salesperson for advice he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The chap that assisted us “ Tito” was very helpful in explaining the ranges of sofa available that we were particularly looking for. He provided once we’d selected the sofa we wanted a description of what configurations were available within the range.

Pleasant Experience
It was a relaxed atmosphere at the store and we weren't pestered by sales people; just helped when we needed it. No hard sell, which was a relief!
Picked-out a lovely pair of sofas and the whole process went smoothly. Would recommend.
