Rebecca hit exactly theright note. She was smiling and friendly. She was not at all pushy, but because she clearly knew her stuff, it felt fine to take the fabric care and insurance products. She was quick and efficient. A really good experience from start to finish. 10 out of 10.

I love the furniture
I love the furniture, with all the features I picked for comfort. it looks great in the room. There was one oversight on my part on purchase & that was not realising that the recline control was lower than comfortable & I now wish I’d asked about an extension lead as I’m short & so are my arms.

Lovely sales assistant wasn’t pushy for us to purchase also she remembered us when we looked last time before moving returned to store to be greeted by the same assistant when we moved into our new home to purchase what we looked at 1st time .
