She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really took the time to help us find the perfect sofa. As a company to charge over £100 for…
As a company to charge over £100 for delivery when you're spending over £2000 is not good enough.
However, saleslady today was very kind and lovely.

I had an excellent experience with DFS in Plymouth
I had an excellent experience with the salesperson Matthew Soole in DFS Plymouth.
He listened carefully to what my quite specific requirements were for a sofa for my disabled son, and showed me many options.
His approach was friendly and kind, he did not come across as pushing for a sale which I really appreciated, and I was delighted that he found me a very suitable sofa for my son in the clearance section.
In addition Matt’s follow up support was also very good, as I needed to speak to him a couple of times about delivery.
I will definitely use DFS again and would like to thank Matt for providing such great customer service.
