Rude and misleading
Sold me faulty sofa and refused to replace it.
Very rude manager dismissed me from the store.
Be very careful with their misleading marketing information.
Do not recommend them at all.

Excellent experience. These are my fifth sets of sofas from DFS!
The Salesman was very helpful, he explained everything about the different choice of leather. Advised on how to look after the furniture. He was very informative.
He was empathetic towards my husband who is disabled and kept him happy with coffee 😊

Great overall purchasing experience.
The salesperson, Ish was helpful and friendly. He listened to our needs and showed us a wide range of options. When we decided to buy he efficiently walked us through the warranty options. A no point did it feel like we were being hard sold.

No sales pressure. All the sraff were very friendly and helpful especially Julie and Matthew. Great toilet, drinks and parking facilities. Above all, the store has a wide selection of quality suites. Highly recommend DFS White City.
