very polite and easy to listen to the sales man.quick service and everything was covered.steve the salesman was very polite and explained every thing well.

David was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Although we knew what we wanted he still took the time to explain the features and benefits of the Ada range

We were greeted by friendly staff members after entering the store, but didn't feel "pounced on"
We felt comfortable browsing and trying several sofas before deciding on the one we wanted, very quickly found James, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he also explained the additional insurance option, again wasn't pushy.
Overall, we felt comfortable and at ease and very satisfied with our purchase

This was my second visit this week and I knew exactly what I wanted, Steve was knowledgeable and respectful

We had an amazing experience thanks to David. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel genuinely welcome. He was warm, patient, and took the time to explain the benefits of each sofa, comparing the different options and the services that came with them, without ever making us feel pressured.

What really stood out was how supported we felt throughout the entire process. Unlike other furniture showrooms we’ve visited, we were never left to figure things out on our own. David was attentive, answered all our questions, and even offered us refreshments, making the showroom feel more like a home than a store.

Because of his outstanding customer service, we felt confident in our choice and ended up purchasing a sofa. Thank you, David, for making the experience so enjoyable. We highly recommend both David and the store!

Helpful staff and knowledgeable good service

It was an excellent experience the staff were very helpful and patient. They were very informative about the sofa I was looking at. They explained everything I needed to know from the care and delivery and finance.

Edited to add that sofa ordered on 'Express 7 Delivery" is actually going to be 6 weeks lead time. Poor communication from customer servicer, had to chase multiple times to get acknowledgement that there was a delay.

From arrival to leaving our experience was fantastic, we were dealt with by James who was very helpful and informative, he left us to browse the sofas in the shop on our request then when we had made our decision he was helpful with the choice of fabric and colour, we didn’t feel pressured at all and was very pleased with the whole experience, we have used dfs before and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

From start to finish we were treated so well. The friendly sales rep listened to us and helped us to find a way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. Beyond happy with the customer service!

Such great customer service form the second we arrived. Searching for a lift & recline chair for my mum, found the one she liked and was served my Rowan. Such a lovely friendly guy, courteous and polite and even got my mum a drink. All information given was accurate and double checked by another team member to make sure what we ordered was correct. Would highly recommend DFS purely for they're friendly and very polite professional service. We will be returning in the near future for the 3 seater settee.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. No one pressured us when looking around. Having used dfs before many years ago, we know we are getting good quality.
