Really great experience in the llantrisant store. Staff there there very friendly and welcoming and grant who sold us our settee was very knowledgable and made the whole experience stress free.

Impeccable service from Natasha.
I called up for advice on a sofa I was interested in. The lady on the phone I believe was called Natasha? I called around 16:20 on 17/06/26. She was amazing. Very patient and answered all my questions with ease. Very easy to talk too. I let her know I am a first time buyer and she was very kind in offering all kinds of advice. She went through all the protocols with ordering a sofa, let me know the deals they have on. Cleaning advice on the sofas such as the dos and donts. I even ended up ordering extra furnishings. She put through the order for me over the phone, it was all very smooth running. I cannot wait for my sofa for my new home, the service was impeccable.
