Great staff members in the Hereford branch. After several visits due to me being so indecisive finally found my dream sofa. Staff members were so helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Wide selection of sofas. Service was great from Tom the salesman and even advice from Lyn the cleaner who gave advice from experience. Would recommend especially as you can get 4 years 0% credit to pay.

Was a relaxed experience with choosing our sofa, we pretty much already knew what we were going to get and the assistant Jemima was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured at all like we've had in other places and should now be getting our sofa delivered in a few weeks

Customer service excellent we had been in the previous day, can’t remember the staff members name but she was very informative. We went home to make sure the corner unit would fit but unfortunately it was too big. We went into store today and saw Jemima who told us the unit was available in a smaller size. She checked it was available in the colour we had chosen, double checked with us that it would fit, and duly ordered it for us. We would like to thank both members of staff at the Hereford store for the help and information we were given.

The new employee, a young gentleman, was extremely helpful and guided around the elderly patron with care and patience. His help was very much appreciated.
