We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The lovely Emma who looked after us was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to show us all of our options, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. She was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The store itself was clean, tidy, and had a great selection of sofas to choose from. We were even offered a drink, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable rather than rushed.
A huge thank you to Emma for making our visit so enjoyable. We can't wait for our new sofa to arrive!
