DFS Furniture - Eastbourne Anmeldelser 

This is the second sofa we have purchased from DFS, Tracey sold us our first sofa 3 years ago and remembered us!

The team are super friendly , knowledgeable and provide a very personable service. They introduce themselves and allow you the time and space to browse , as opposed to other business that may follow/pressure you, this is greatly appreciated!

Would definitely recommend Eastbourne DFS.

Staff don't hassle you, but when it comes to buying they're very helpful and informative.

I paid £800 deposit on monday 10th and was told on that finance failed so would het a call on Wednesday to sort out the refund which didnt get a phone call and then a week later still waiting and got to wait for it to process then 3-5 working days from then to get my mo ey back absolutely disgusting from disgusting

Very helpful showing us different options like removable arms for ease of delivery. We were not followed around but could try everything at our own pace which was appreciated as we never felt pressurised even though it took some time to decide! Exceptionally nice staff. Upon ordering everything was explained very well and even checked by another staff member for clarity. Would recommend.
Update to this - since writing this glowing report, an issue has come to light about our order which we only realised after doing online research on DFS website. We rang customer service number since you cannot ring any store direct and they said they would get the manager of store to call us. Over two hours passed, no call so we rang again only to be told it takes 3 days for a store to call you. Really??!! This is NOT customer service hence marked down

The customer care from the team at the Eastbourne store is exceptional. Tracey was kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable. We have been bin a few times during our decision make and have found that all the staff at this store are great. The whole purchase felt smooth and professional. Would highly recommended.

Tracy was very helpful at the Eastbourne store. She told us the facts and figures, didn’t pressure us, let us decide for ourselves before giving us further details.

Fabulous experience, a wonderful environment to sofa-search, we were left alone to make a decision but there were plenty of staff available to help us with any questions. We had measured up in advance, which really helped. We found James really helpful and he talked us through the purchase and finance options and we finalised the deal. All staff were friendly and patient.

The lady that helped us (sorry, I have forgotten her name) was incredibly friendly and knowledgable and I didnt feel like she was in any way pushy. We walked away very happy and excited to get our new sofas
