Wonderful service from Ellie
Wonderful service from Ellie. She was polite and friendly and gave me all the advice I need and her own personal tip for rotation of cleaning my new sofa. 10 isn't a high enough score. She fabulous in her position.

Positive experience
I had a very positive experience at DFS in Dundee, I was looked after by Jackson who I found to be extremely helpful and indeed a very personable, likeable young man. He was thorough and explained everything I needed to know about the reclining chair I had purchased and gave detailed information about caring for the fabric of the chair and details of extended warranty. I felt relaxed and unhurried throughout the whole process.
