Excellent service and advice from the manager Darren.
As previous customers we were looking to replace 2 items of furniture, a single chair and a small sofa.
After looking at various items we had virtually made our decision but needed clarification on a couple of points and luckily Darren was there to advise us.
He was very helpful and helped us to choose accessories such as pillows and also talked us through all aspects of DFS services.
We made our decision there and then and Darren advised us on delivery dates/ procedures and sorted out finance and our deposit. All in all we are very satisfied with the service we received.

New sofa day

We recently visited DFS to look for a new three-piece suite, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The salesman who assisted us was excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. It can be overwhelming with so many choices, but his guidance made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
We are absolutely delighted with our choice and highly recommend this branch for their top-tier customer service!
