Time staff had to speak with us and explain each item , I went in twice and saw 3 members of staff all were so good , finally enabling me to make my choice I’ve been looking around for a while and DFS have come up best for customer service, and after care , this is my 4th settee from the Coventry store

Smooth and Pleasant Experience at DFS Coventry
Today we ordered two sofas from DFS and had a wonderful experience throughout the process. The store manager personally assisted us and explained all the sofa features, available options, and customisations very patiently and clearly, which really helped us make the right choice for our home.
We truly appreciated the professionalism, friendly approach, and the time taken to answer all our questions without rushing us. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable buying experience. Thank you to the DFS Coventry team for the excellent customer service!

I was served by Will. I have been in several local shops but I felt pressured to buy there. Will was different, knowledgeable but left me to browse on my own although he was there as soon as I was ready to order. He explained everything very well and was very affable and friendly.
