I came into store today to not leave until I bought a sofa
I came into store today with a very long, short list of requirements ref size, colour, two seater 3 seater sofas

Member of staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble on first visit. On return visit went to John with his great and friendly customer attitude, no pushy selling which I appreciated. Chose the appropriate suite for my home with his help. Quality of furniture looked very good and lots of choice.

Very nice salesman
Very nice salesman , was not pushy and left us to have a wander around.
We returned after visiting other shops because of his manner and we preferred the DFS sofa than in other retailers.

We entered the store and were not faced with several staff hovering which we like but they were readily available as soon as we made our choice and extremely friendly and happy to chat as we completed the paperwork , we were so happy that we will be recommending your Bristol store to our friends and family

Good service in store. Delivered on time and everything cleared.
1 point of criticism the Easigliders which you charged £76 for is a bit of a rip off. Can be bought online for less than £20 for the two suites

Friendly and very helpful staff
I have been in a few times before actually purchasing our suite. Each time staff have been friendly and very helpful.
