There was no pushy salesperson coming to you like other shops I'd visited today and the girl that we dealt with Sophie was very helpful was a pleasure speaking to her.

Excellent service from Robin. We took up so much of his time, but he was so patient on the many returns we had to the store, continuously changing our mind. Delighted with our new sofa purchase! Thanks Robin. Michelle

Member of staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted when I arrived and the sale was quick and easy.

A warm welcome provided and offer of coffee which was greatly appreciated.

Purchased furniture and paid in full on placement of order. On delivery some of the goods were missing and after 4 months still waiting delivery. DFS customer services keep saying it's coming but still nothing. Sent emails but no reply.
There just seems to be a total lack of customer service and respect for the customer.

I attended DFS the staff Sean and Kerry was so welcoming friendly nice were very helpful explained everything to perfection, they are an absolute credit to DFS 10 out of 10

Exceptionally helpful staff, we dealt with a gentleman called Thomas and he explained everything from maintaining and best practice for cleaning sofa to ensure longevity. Would definitely repurchase from Dfs

Sean at Boucher road DFS was so lovely. We were in a rush have the furniture delivered so arranged our own delivery and staff assured with that.

We went midweek at a quiet time and had plenty of time to look at the wide range of sofas available. Staff were extremely helpful and explained the process in detail from start to finish

Most appalling experience ever regarding retail in my life.I Don’t really know where to start but the service that we received was absolutely appalling. This is to do with ability to contact someone and DELIVERY issues.Delivery of items took 16weeks plus and not the 12 that I was told but anyway
Our order was arranged to be delivered….. no one showed up and no one contacted us …. I do have to say that on the morning of the first planned delivery I myself contacted customer services to say I hadn’t received a delivery time slot but the girl assured me it was scheduled for delivery that day ….. so like a fool I waited in all day only to be disappointed. No one even contacted us until several days later ….I was adamant that they would contact me as I was done with running after them … They made contact and arranged another delivery date …. Day of delivery came and yes the guys appeared but then found out that they weren’t happy to come up my driveway as it has overhanging trees and these would possibly damage their newly boxed van …..so off they set … they did tell me that someone in a smaller van would deliver it but they didn’t know when . On the Monday morning a van turned up in my yard with the delivery…..no prearranged day or anything …. Just by luck I had just arrived home…... Have to say two lovely guys …. Not their fault they just turned up as instructed by their boss . A lot of things happened in this order and I’m still awaiting written confirmation via email to say that the delivery cost has been refunded to my account which I had to fight very hard to get
Should I never have any furniture I would never ever use them or in any way recommend them which is a shame for they do have some nice things . In my opinion they need to make it easier to contact the local store….. it can take up to 72 hours for someone to call you back and then it’s not usually when it’s convenient .I’m sorry I ever went there .

Friendly service well explained

The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable about the sofa bed I purchased. She was able to answer each of my questions quickly because of this I made a purchase. Just waiting now for my sofa to arrive.
