Bought a Devola 12l dehumidifier with a bit of trepidation on whether it would actually be effective or not. I don’t have mould or damp in my house but it always feels damp. Placed in my bedroom first night and the humidity % read 77. By the morning reduced to 62% humidity and 2 pints of water in the tank. Every day I put it somewhere else in the house and it’s been collecting various amounts of water. I honestly wish I had bought this earlier. Not only has it brought the humidity in my house to the recommended level but the air also feels fresher and the rooms warmer.

Never again
Once it was delivered in a public area that I never go to, I had to get it up stairs to my flat. Not good. I opened it to find the istruction so tiny I couldnt see them with a magnifying glass. It wasn't to save space or look nice as most of the page was blank. Once I found the instructions on line and downloaded them the product worked.

We purchased this dehumidifier chiefly because of problems drying laundry indoors. We have used it just a couple of times for this and find it quite effective. Setting up was much easier than expected and running costs seem reasonable. It runs quietly though I am not sure I would welcome it in our bedroom. Overall we are very pleased with it

Excellent cost effective dehumidifier
We purchased the 12l dehumidifier a few months ago and so have now purchased one for our daughter. It helps dry clothes quicker but also reduces the condensation in the room without having to open a window in winter. For a small device it is effective at reducing humidity levels. We also use it in our kitchen in winter and even though it's not a small kitchen it reduces the humidity after about 30 minutes.

Delighted to receive the two heaters…
Delighted to receive the two heaters for our cold conservatory. My wife and installed them without too much difficulty. Stylish and Well designed heaters, complete with all the necessary parts/fitting brackets and clear instructions. What would be helpful, would be a templete in order to mark the holes for the wall brackets!

Dehumidifier ordered & delivered on time. Well packed. No complaints. Bought to help dry laundry as no room for a tumble dryer. Have used it once & although obviously much slower, it got the job done & certainly cheaper.
