This was a first time purchase.
This was a first time purchase of an item through the Aircon Centre and it wasn't the best initially. However steps were taken to rectify the issue so that that still achieves at a 3* rating which represents what the issue was and how it was resolved.
A mixed flow fan was ordered for the loft, the item sent out was customer return, it was covered in loft insulation and the screws for the termination box were damaged. It appears the item has been installed and then set back as the item was received with the previous customer purchase order in the box. Mistakes can happen and the company did rectify the issue fairly swiftly albeit it did delay the job. A new item was sent out and that does seem acceptable.
Definitely room for improvement in some key areas like checking returns and not sending out customers info to other customers. However delivery was free on my item which was a next day service, item was packaged well and you could easily get hold of their support team which were some really helpful. Also the price for the item as competitive.

I still have not received my purchase…
I still have not received my purchase despite it being ordered on next day delivery on Tuesday. Now on Sunday still nothing. I emailed and have had no response. I have had to pay a cancellation fee to the electrician who was booked to fit the part on Friday. Not accepted customer service. Won't use them again

We’re very sorry again for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused, especially with the electrician booking — we do understand how disruptive that can be.
Just to note, we do advise on our website that tradespeople shouldn’t be booked until the goods have been received, as delivery can occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control.
That said, we are reviewing this with the courier to understand what’s happened here and help prevent similar issues going forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
