Highly recommend
We are delighted with our new pool from Desjoyaux. Very efficient team with a clear process and timetable from start to finish, keeping us informed along the way. We highly recommend them and couldn’t be happier with our stunning swimming pool.

Very pleased with Desjoyaux
The whole Desjoyaux team were efficient, tidy and kept us well informed throughout our recent pool renovation. Their follow-up care once the work was completed was excellent, answering our questions patiently as we became familiar with our new pool. We are really pleased with the Desjoyaux pool, the air source heat pump and our new safety cover. We highly recommend Desjoyaux.

Great service, support and personal attention
Thankyou Julian, Olly and the team for always being on hand when needed. So nice to have a friendly voice on the end of the phone, with a service to back it up when needed. This is an expensive offering but well worth it because of the quality of the pool system and the excellent service which took away all worry about the process.

Gary, Tyrone and all the team at the Peterborough branch have been fantastic from start to finish. Despite our project being over 100 miles north of Peterborough nothing has been too much trouble and it was completed on schedule and to the highest standard. I would recommend them 100%. Lovely people and a great service!

Just like to recommend this company, I have a 16 year old filter. The filter bags are different to there ones for sale. I contacted Desjoyaux and Julian managed to find some old stock and these where promptly sent out by Elisha. Very happy all above and beyond. Well done Julian and Elisha and Desjoyaux 👍

They lie all the time and blame clients
We had written a review previously and in their response, they claimed that everything is our fault and that we agreed this. However, we never agreed any of this. Do not use this company EVER. They lie about everything and blame the customer always.

Thank you for the review and information. We go to every effort to advise, help, and assist our customers from initial conversations regarding design, layout to how to maximise the individual needs and requirements for your pool’s configuration. Not to forget day-to-day maintenance and water balancing.
With regards to the liner wrinkles in your pool, we can confirm that sadly this is due to the misuse of chemicals being added directly into your pool sitting on the liner. During the handover meeting we demonstrated how to add chemicals to the pool and treat the water, via the filtration system, so that all chemicals were dissolved within the filter system and distributed around the pool.
Following a site visit from my colleague last year, I spoke with a member of your family over the phone, and we discussed in detail who was maintaining the pool, the liner, and our findings. It was agreed from both sides, that sadly the damaged was a direct result of way in which the pool water had been maintained.
During that call I was advised that the pool was being treated by chlorine shock granules, tablets and pH minus granules being thrown directly into the pool water, at which point these we’re dropping to the bottom of the pool by the wall and sitting in direct contact with your liner, whilst dissolving. When asked, are the chemicals being added in the same location in the same way each time, it was confirmed this was the case. When asked if this location was the same area where the wrinkling had formed, we were advised “yes”.
We completely understand that this has left you with a wrinkles that have formed, however given the confirmation from the family member as to how her son had been treating the pool, this would not be covered under warranty. We have tried to help and assist with the issue from when it was first reported to us.
I ran through the correct process of adding chemicals to the pool during the conversation and offered that if we could help and advise any further or arrange a demonstration to please let me know.

The Desjoyaux team provided a brilliant service with expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Simply the Best
We had our pool installed in October/November 2020. The installation was done very professionally and amendments we requested were readily adopted. During our first season of use we had a few issues caused mostly by us learning how to optimise use. Desjoyeux Guildford provided great support to help us out. Highly recommended

Exceptional service
Was highly recommended Desjoyaux Peterborough by friends and haven't regretted it as attention to detail and customer service focus from all of the team at Peterborough is exceptional.
communication process of timings to site, deliveries constantly maintained and kept informed of.
We are now enjoying our pool and highly recommend the Desjoyaux system & Gary and his team at Peterborough.
