I had a great experience with DesignMyNight. The booking process was straightforward and easy to use. More importantly, when I realised I needed to change my tickets from a July event to a September date, their customer support was extremely helpful and handled the request without any fuss.
The whole process, from booking to resolving the issue, was smooth, efficient, and very customer-friendly. It's refreshing to deal with a company that makes things so easy. Highly recommended.
