Slightly confusing booking process
I viewed the available films which were to be shown at Sloans in December. I was looking for Love Actually and found it. When I selected it, I was presented with 3 (I think) show times. I selected my preferred time and promptly purchased tickets. I felt that the booking process had gone well until I discovered that I had tickets for the wrong film. Sloans resolved the issue very quickly, when brought to their attention, however, I believe if only options for the film I wanted to buy tickets for were shown, as I had expected, the issue would not have occurred. Thank you to Aimee for providing the correct tickets.
